Was Chief of Party of USAID-funded projects in Macedonia and Jamaica. Has written white papers related to the deployment of broadband solutions in 7 countries for USAID. Has received awards for his work with USAID. <br /><br />Management Experience As CIO/VP he led a team of 20 IT professionals to support over 2,000 staff disbursed across 58 countries. <br /><br />Health Care Experience Worked in a variety of roles in family planning clinics during his undergraduate and graduate years. He received a full scholarship to attend the PhD. program in Public Health at University of Michigan. Designed and programmed the national health management information system for the country of Grenada, including all aspects of drugs procurement, inventory management and delivery. He also designed the Jamaican national health information system, funded by USAID.
